Ryley is finishing up earning his Bear badge in Cub Scouts. He has now earned his Whittling Chip, which shows he knows the rules for knives and has used a knife safely to do some whittling. In celebration of his earning the badge, his Dad hooked him up with a new pocket knife of his very own. It has a locking blade, for safe whittling, and says boy scouts on the side. When he was earning the badge, Ryley was using his good old Dad's cub scout pocket knife.
